Redwood Nights: Seedlings – Open Mic Storytelling | Fairfax, CA

Plant your story, watch it grow: Redwood Nights Seedlings is a live storytelling open mic hosted by Don Reed At Mac’s at 19 Broadway in Fairfax on Thursday, November 5, doors 7:00 pm.

REDWOOD NIGHTS: SEEDLINGS

Plant your story. Watch it grow. Take it to the Mainstage.

Have a story you’ve always wanted to tell?

Redwood Nights: Seedlings is a new live storytelling open mic created for people with a true story to share — whether it’s funny, surprising, moving, awkward, unforgettable, or simply something you’ve never had the chance to tell on stage.

Hosted by acclaimed storyteller Don Reed, Seedlings gives emerging storytellers an opportunity to step onto the stage, share their story and see where it can grow.

HOW IT WORKS

Bring a story.

Put your name in the watering can.

Names are pulled during the show, giving selected storytellers the opportunity to take the microphone and share their story with a live audience.

And there’s more:

One winner is chosen every show.

The winning storyteller gets the opportunity to work with Don Reed and Redwood Nights story coaches to polish and develop their story for a future Redwood Nights Mainstage performance at Deer Park Villa.
