Two distinctly different Bay Area sounds come together for one high-energy Saturday night at Mac’s at 19 Broadway.

Headlining the night are The Happys, a San Francisco Bay Area band bringing an energetic collision of alternative rock, punk and indie with a raw live-show sound. The band has shared stages with acts including Sublime, Hobo Johnson and Mad Caddies and has taken its music beyond the Bay Area with international touring.

Joining them from Santa Cruz are Trianna Feruza & The Heavy Hitters, a four-piece neo-soul and indie-funk band built around deep grooves, R&B soul, powerful vocals and an interactive live performance. Their sound crosses funk, soul, rock and dance music, making them a natural fit for a night designed to move from gritty rock energy into groove-heavy funk.
